Our volunteers are based at our modern charity offices within Quorum Business Park, offering excellent transport links, free parking nearby and easy access from across the North East.
We aim to provide a relaxed, friendly and supportive working environment where volunteers can feel comfortable and valued. Our office facilities include breakout areas, kitchen facilities and informal spaces to relax, catch up with other volunteers or take a well-earned break.

Help us prepare, organise and pack hygiene bags for distribution to hospitals supporting families staying with poorly children. This role is ideal for anyone who enjoys practical, hands-on volunteering and being part of a team making a direct difference to families when they need it most.

Support the charity at fundraising events, community activities and awareness campaigns. Duties may include helping with event setup, engaging with visitors, selling merchandise, collecting donations and representing Ellis Lake Foundation within the local community.
